The whitelist is very picky. It requires exact capitalization in order to work.

Ex:
Username: Person

If I enter person, then Person gets kicked.
If I enter Person, then Person isn't kicked.

The only reason I say this, is it seems a lot of ingame commands aren't as picky as the whitelist.

This behaviour for users and groups is deliberate. To stop it being case sensitive, all of the usernames would have to be stored in either all-lower or all-upper case. Otherwise it has to convert every name into a certain case in order to check.

I may see if there is a way of changing this at some point, however it is not a priority at the moment.

i would very much like the option for it not being case sensitive. it's causing alot of problems and at this point i don't really care if it has to check the capitalization of every letter of their username. as it is i have to wait and watch for them to get kicked to get the proper capitalization and i don't have that kind of time. perhaps a list of all the people who have tried to log in/were kicked so i can then go and adjust my whitelist? anything.

I will be changing this behaviour in the next release so that names can be case-insensitive.
