I cant find my backups, there should be so many of them, because the server gives that msg "Something expect some lag and so on". So I cant see we there isn´t any in the backups folder.

 

Those aren't backups, if you check the server schedule - you will see that those are the messages generated when it saves the world and writes it to disk. This is not the same as a backup.

You need to either add a schedule entry to take them for you, make one by visiting the Backup tab, or using the /backupworld command in-game.
