Ok, so I currently have server backend version "0.9.1.0 Enterprise". There is a message that keeps popping up saying there is a MCMA update, and the "click here" link doesn't do anything. I have tried on two different OS's, three different browsers, same thing. When the 1.5 update for minecraft came out, another message similar to the first one popped up, however, it's links worked fine. Does anyone else have this problem? I would like to update.

Intriguing.
I use MCMA personal and professional, and on both servers the button was there. I wonder if it has to do with your MCMA enterprise license.
If I may inquire, does MCMA come with your rented host? If so, I'll assume that PhonicUK wanted to give the enterprise server managers control over how and when their customers were updated...
Have you tried downloading the latest MCMA from http://phonicuk.com/Downloads/McMyAdmin-latest.zip and unzipping it directly into your server folder?

Well, I don't have access to my server folder. I run off a host, "MyMcServ". Do you think that I have to contact them to update it for me or something. I used to be able to update it myself.

Some hosts hide the update button for various reasons. In that case you should get a hold of them.
Please only download PhonicUK software from PhonicUK.com!

We are also getting a similar issue on our MCMA, our host being Servercraft. Have to click the "Update Minecraft" button like a million times before it actually updates to 1.5. The server will run fine with it, but once you update Bukkit, it reverts back to 1.4. However, we do have 0.9.2.1 Enterprise running.
I suppose the only thing we can do at this point is either get a hold of them or just wait it out... Pretty sure they might be getting swamped with inquiries on it.

Bukkit itself is not up to date for 1.5, it runs instead of the minecraft server, so since it is based on 1.4, it shows up as minecraft 1.4.
you can watch http://ci.bukkit.org/job/dev-CraftBukkit/ for new releases of bukkit.
The button only loads the most recent recommended build, the top one with a green star next to it. Your server provider can't do much about the status of bukkit builds. You'll have to wait that one out.
