Only problem we have is with windows firewall. Even though we added an exception to the firewall others could not log in to the webUI. We turn the windows firewall completely off and it worked. The firewall must stay on. Defiantly going to buy this if we can work around this problem.

*Added exceptions for both program and port itself

OS Version: Windows 7
OS Architecture: x64
McMyAdmin Version: 0.9.6.9
Problem Summary: cant log in to the webUI
Actions to reproduce the problem:?
Expected behavior: open the webUI

You have to add an exception for the port (8080 TCP) instead of the executable. Then it works.

IDK if you read the post but we added the exception for port 8080 tcp into the windows firewall and still can not access the webUI

What happens if you run MCMA as Administrator?

Edit: *Don't* put in an exception for the program. Only the ports.

Running as admin doesn't change a thing, we took out the exception for the exe still nothing changes.

currently we have ports 8080 and 25565 open on the router and have exceptions in the firewall for 8080 incoming and outgoing and for port 25565 as well.

We have tried so many options such as just incoming or just outgoing, we also tried without port 25565

Are you using the Windows firewall, or do you have a 3rd party one?

Can you access it from another machine on the same network (not going outside your router)?

Try moving to a port other than 8080, some providers block it for external access.
